PLATE NO. 016Felis catus
Oriental Shorthair
FIG. 016

Specimen

Oriental Shorthair

A Siamese in hundreds of colors, the Oriental Shorthair is svelte, intense, and utterly devoted. It talks constantly, demands to be the center of attention, and shadows its person everywhere. Razor-smart and athletic, it needs daily play and company — it does not cope with being left alone. The fine short coat is effortless, but this is a high-interaction cat for people who want a true sidekick.
