FIG. 011
PLATE NO. 011Felis catus

Specimen
Abyssinian
Lithe, curious, and perpetually busy, the Abyssinian is one of the most active and intelligent cat breeds. It explores every shelf, investigates every drawer, and wants to be part of whatever you're doing. Affectionate without being a lap cat, it needs climbing space and interactive play. The short ticked coat is wash-and-go, but a bored 'Aby' is a mischievous one.
